Witnessed by members from both sides of Parliament, the Marape-Rosso government launched a legal and digital revolution – the first ever Strata Title and the GoLands Electronic Title system on Thursday March 26 in Port Moresby.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Lands and Physical Planning Hon John Rosso who has been leading the Department since 2019, said this was a four-year battle to ensure that when a bank looks at a title, they don’t have to spend months wondering if it’s fraudulent.
